At Vintoz, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vintoz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
